I . RETURN PROCESS

If you have a problem after receiving your order please send an email to our customer service at info@souvenirsale.com

To guarantee fast and smooth warranty process:

Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
The refund will be returned back to your Paypal account within 24 hours after we proceed the refund.

II . RETURN POLICY

You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
Items should not be used and any label or product case should be attached.
We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: poor quality material, obvious damage, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
If you have chosen the wrong option or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
No exchange or return or amendments on promotional items or items on sale.

III . EXCHANGE & REFUND

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received your return.
